It’s not necessary for you to be home during the cleaning, but if you prefer to be there, you’re welcome to stay.
Many customers opt to provide a key or access code for entry if they’ll be away.
Pick up any personal items or valuables: such as family heirlooms and items that are irreplaceable. (accidents do happen and we will replace. Sometimes that is impossible with heirlooms)

Short Term Rental Cleaning Questions:
Our short-term rental cleaning service includes:
Thorough cleaning of all living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
Changing and laundering bed linens and towels.
Dusting and wiping down all surfaces, including furniture, countertops, and appliances.
Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen (including the fridge, oven, and microwave).
Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
Restocking essential items (such as toiletries, paper towels, and toilet paper) as requested.
Quarterly or Bi-Annual Deep cleaning: high-touch areas (e.g., light switches, door handles), baseboards, under and behind beds, light fixtures/ fan blades, exterior/ interior of drawers and cabinetry throughout, organization of maids closet/ supply area.
Optional add-ons include window cleaning, carpet or upholstery cleaning (including mattresses), and more.
